6.30pm Holy Communion in St James’ Parish Church, usually with an Anglican celebrant and Methodist preacher, and with Anglicans and Methodists taking part

2nd Sunday

10am United Service of Holy Communion in St James’ Church – with Methodist and Anglican leadership, and shared participation

10am Service for children in the Methodist Church

6.30pm United Worship in the Methodist Church – usually conducted by a Methodist and with an Anglican preacher

3rd Sunday

5th Sunday

10am Methodist Worship in our Church in the Square

6.30pm usually an ecumenical service, following a pattern of visiting each of the Emsworth churches in turn, for a service in the host church’s tradition

Services during the week

On most Thursdays at 11am there is a short service of readings, prayers and reflection, held in the Quiet Room.

During Lent there is a mid-week Communion Service. Details of these and other opportunities for mid-week worship can be found in the Weekly Notices and the Newssheet.
